PARK CENTRAL WEST IN LONDON HAS BEEN NAMED THE BEST VIEWING AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF 2021 FROM ACROSS 22 BUILD TO RENT SCHEMES IN THE UK.
There have been celebrations all round as our first community at Park Central West in London has been named as having the best viewing and customer experience from across the 22 Build To Rent Schemes that were mystery shopped in the UK.
The results and findings were gathered from the first Build To Rent (BTR) viewing experience benchmark and were revealed at the UKAA BTR Fayre by hereSAY, the new mystery shopping service line from SAY Property Consulting.
BENCHMARKING ACROSS UK BUILD TO RENT SCHEMES
Mystery shoppers posed as potential residents during 2021 and visited 22 BTR schemes across the UK providing in-depth and exclusive insight into the quality of the customer service, the offered services and amenities, and the quality of each development.
Highlights from the report revealed that there was no correlation between price of rent and total score in the benchmark and that the pre-viewing experience achieved the highest scores across all schemes. Interestingly, 90% of shoppers considered the quality of the apartments to be high, so the viewing and customer experience has emerged as the main differentiator between schemes in the rankings.
