Terms and conditions apply. Pricing and special offers valid for new residents only. Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Living by Lendlease reserves the right to amend or withdraw any offer at any time. Offers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer from Living by Lendlease unless otherwise stated. No cash alternative. Any offers are given on a per apartment basis, not individuals. Offers are non-negotiable and non-transferable. Offers will be forfeited in the event of rental arrears. Any offers apply to residents that meet Living by Lendlease’s referencing criteria. Living by Lendlease does not accept any responsibility if a customer is not able to take up any offer. 

New residents that accept promotional offers may be asked to partake in some publicity for Living by Lendlease as needed. By accepting an offer, you consent to being contacted to take part in this activity.

To qualify, you must refer to the offer when speaking with your leasing associate.

• Available on select units only and at select properties. Offer dates may apply. Please refer to your specific flyer, advertisement or marketing promotion for details. Offers do not apply to all homes in all neighbourhoods – specific neighbourhood offer details may apply. Speak with a member of the property team to learn more. 
• Each concession is a limited time offer and varies by apartment home. Speak with a member of the property team to learn more. 
• Minimum length of lease term requirements apply and vary by offer. Speak with a member of the property team to learn more. 
• Concession is applied up front on the first full month of rent and is excluded from any pro-rata move-in amount. 
• Move-in must occur in line with the specific offer terms. Speak with a property team member to learn more. 
• Any offers apply to new tenancies only. Offer is not applicable to corporate lets, change of leaseholders, transfers or existing residents. 
• In order to qualify, a new Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement (AST) must commence with the Living by Lendlease community. 
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offer(s).  
• To be eligible, residents must make either full rental payments up front or pay full monthly rent via Direct Debit each month. 

• Eligible for new move-ins only. 
• Applies to selected units only. Cannot be combined with any other offers. 
• Only one voucher per apartment. Applies to new residents only and cannot be combined with any other offer(s).  
• Voucher to be issued after 30 days of tenancy (from day 31 onward). 
• Must share the marketing email, flyer or promotional advertisement with this offer mentioned to your leasing associate in order to receive the voucher.

• Applies to market rate new rentals only. Does not apply to any unit on concession. 

• Eligible for new move-ins only. 
• Applies to selected units only.
• Cannot be combined with any other offers. 
• Only one offer per apartment. Applies to new residents only and cannot be combined with any other offer(s).  
• Cashback to be issued after 30 days of tenancy (from day 31 onward). 
• Must share the marketing email, flyer or promotional advertisement with this offer mentioned to your leasing associate in order to receive the cashback.
• Specific offer dates may likely apply. Please refer to your marketing email, flyer or promotional advertisement, or speak to a member of our team.
• Applies to market rate new rentals only. Does not apply to any apartment on concession. 

• Offer applies to current residents living within a Living by Lendlease community.
• Referral must be a new resident that has not lived in a Living by Lendlease community. 
• To be applicable for this offer: 
  • Referred customer must include the full name of the resident who referred them when enquiring with their leasing associate.  
  • The referred customer must inform Living by Lendlease of the referral before applying. Referral claims after this point are not valid. 
  • Offer is only applicable within the same Living by Lendlease community that the referring resident resides and refers his/her friend to.
  • The referred customer must sign a new lease with a minimum 12-month term and have moved in. 
• Bank transfer to the referrer’s primary leaseholder account will commence after 30 days of tenancy from the referred customer (from day 31 onward). 
• Living by Lendlease has the right to revoke this offer if a referral does not meet these criteria.  
• If multiple residents refer the same individual, the offer will apply to the first referral named. 
• Referred customers may still take advantage of any active, eligible ‘new resident’ offers. The referring resident is not eligible for any other offer(s) or promo(s).
