By submitting a rental application to a property within the Living by Lendlease portfolio, you agree to the terms and conditions.
PLEASE NOTE WE OR OUR THIRD PARTY SCREENING COMPANY MAY REQUEST YOU PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING TO ASSIST IN PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION:
1. UNEXPIRED GOVERNMENT-ISSUED IDENTIFICATION;
2. PROOF OF LEGAL INCOME;
3. OTHER INFORMATION REQUESTED BY YOUR LEASING ASSOCIATE OR OUR THIRD PARTY REFERENCING PARTNER.
I hereby consent to allow Lendlease Residential Asset Management Services (Europe) Limited and its affiliates, through its designated agent, partners, vendors (including HomeLet and its trading company Barbon Insurance Group Limited) and employees, to obtain and verify my credit information, including references, for the purpose of determining whether or not to lease me an apartment. I also provide consent to share my personal data (including reference report) to any approved companies where I am purchasing an additional product or service.
I understand that should I lease an apartment, Lendlease Residential Asset Management Services (Europe) Limited and its agents, partners, vendors and employees, shall have a continuing right to review my credit information, rental application, criminal background, references, payment and occupancy history for account review purposes and for improving application methods.
